You'll work closely with RNs, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care. Your Responsibilities May Include Providing direct nursing care to patientsAdministering medications and treatments as orderedMonitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the appropriate clinical teamAssisting with patient care plans and rehabilitation goalsCommunicating with patients, families and members of the interdisciplinary teamSupporting a safe, comfortable and positive patient environment Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, med-surg, long-term care, skilled nursing or other patient-care settings is a plus.
