Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Float Pool

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Float Pool to provide high-quality, compassionate care across multiple specialty units, including High Intensity Care, Brain Health, and Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document history and physical findings
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
• Participate in quality initiatives
• Demonstrate adaptability by floating between units as needed

Requirements

• At least two years of nursing experience (preferably in post-acute or long-term care)
• Current Maryland LPN licensure or eligibility
• BLS certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
