About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an internal float pool, working full-time day or night shifts with 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Under RN supervision, deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients/residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes.
- Assist with nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required.
