Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) - Days

About the role

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. You will play a key role in supporting rehabilitation goals while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health status, including vital signs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to support recovery goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
• Ensure a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• BLS/CPR certification required

Skills

• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care

Pay

$27.05–$32.70/hour + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule

Day Shift (8-hour). Shift differentials available for other shifts.
