Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and ongoing nursing assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to healthcare needs
- Assist with intake screenings, evaluations, and care planning
- Collaborate with providers and fellow nursing staff to deliver quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
