About the role
Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full Time Days (6am-6pm) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for The Lighthouse, a 54-suite skilled nursing and long-term care community located at 17600 Arbor Street, Omaha, NE 68130.
The overall purpose of this position is to assure residents are cared for mentally, spiritually, and in health. Primary responsibilities include ensuring residents are safe, free from pain or abuse, and treated with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans.
- Ensure resident safety and well-being, including freedom from pain or abuse.
- Treat all residents with dignity and respect.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and condition.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in an assisted living or skilled care community or related experience.
- Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- A background check and drug screen will be required prior to hire.
Pay
This position pays up to $35.52/hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.
Schedule
Full-time, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
