Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) DAY SHIFT

About the role

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. In conjunction with the Unit Director, the LPN utilizes a general understanding of nursing principles to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring the needs of residents are met.

The LPN assists in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, manages daily unit operations on a per-shift basis, and assumes leadership responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
