Responsibilities
- Collect and record health information, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
- Valid NY State LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
