About the role

Carriage Square Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Create and maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Record and monitor patient history and vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.)
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians, reporting any changes or updates in condition

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
