Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Day and Night shift with sign on bonus

About the role

Margate Health and Rehabilitation in Jefferson, North Carolina is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the PM shift to join their team of caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
• Pass medication and complete assessments and treatments
• Document the provision of services
• Occasionally participate in activities of daily living care or assist CNAs

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina or a compact license allowing practice in NC
• Long-term care experience (preferred)
• Positive attitude and bedside manner
• Love for working with people

Pay

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions
• New Wage Scale
