Responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one crisis care for hospice patients whose health challenges require high‑intensity, highly engaged clinical supervision for a short period of time.
• Elevate patients’ quality of life and relieve caregiving pressures on loved ones.
• Spend most of your time caring for hospice patients wherever they call home—private residence or assisted living/skilled nursing facility.
• Every day is different; every minute counts.

Requirements

• Current nursing license.
• At least one year of hospital
