Baylors Weekend Program
Work two double shifts every weekend—and get paid as if you worked three!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional hands-on care and emotional support to residents
• Aid with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding, toileting
• Turn and reposition residents to prevent pressure injuries
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Ensure dietary needs and restrictions are followed during meal times
• Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work closely with nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, resident-centered care
