Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About the Role
Join WesleyLife and help revolutionize the aging experience by providing direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.
Qualifications
- State of Iowa LPN license
- Previous LTC experience is preferred but not required
Open Shifts Available
- Night Shift, 6:00p-6:30a — Full Time or Part Time
- Day Shift, 6:00a-6:30p — Full Time or Part Time
- Evening Shift, 2:30p-11:00p — Full Time or Part Time
- PRN
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay rate based on years of experience with a $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Shift Differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend packages
