Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care that honors resident rights, dignity, and individuality
• Complete daily resident assessments and document physical and emotional well-being
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
• Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes
• Provide supervision and support to unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures
• Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs

Requirements

• Current Michigan LPN license (required)
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med-surg, critical care, or similar)

Schedule

• Full-Time (Night Shift): 6:30 pm – 7:00 am, every other weekend
• Part-Time (Day Shift): 6:30 am – 7:00 pm
• Per Diem (Days or Nights)

Pay

• $30.40 – $32.90/hour (based on licensure)
• +$0.50/hour differential for Night Shift
