Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs
• Develop individual care plans for patients
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
• Follow state and federal rules and regulations governing the facility
• Maintain a passion for making a difference in the lives of others

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice
• Ability to assess residents' needs
• Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients
• Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility
