What We’re Looking For Active Oregon LPN License: Must hold a current and valid LPN license in the state of Oregon.Availability: Must be available to work at least 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.Clinical Skills: Ability to assess resident needs, provide appropriate nursing care, and contribute to individualized care plans.Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to CNAs and other care team members Make a Difference Every Day, apply today!
