VitalCore Health Strategies (VCHS) is seeking Full-Time Day Shift and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses at Sussex Community Correctional Center in Georgetown, DE. Shifts include 12-hour days, evenings, and nights with varying pay rates based on experience and shift differentials.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality care within the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. Responsibilities include monitoring patients as directed by the Healthcare Services Administrator (HSA), Director of Nursing (DON), Registered Nurse (RN), or Medical Director or another practitioner.

Schedule

• 12hr shifts: 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am
• Full-Time Day Shift: must be available for at least 3-6 weeks for onsite training
• PRN: must be available for at least 3-6 weeks for onsite training
• PRN staff required to work 2 shifts per month

Shift Differential

• Evening: $3.00
• Night: $3.50
• Nights and Weekends: $4.50
