Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide quality nursing care to patients, monitor and report changes in their condition, and offer support to help them achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Delivering compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards
• Supervising and instructing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Making independent clinical decisions when necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Valid and active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, and maintained)
• Preferably, one year of skilled nursing experience
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate clinical competence

Pay

Shift differential pay and weekend bonuses available.
