About the Role
Charlton Place Rehabilitation & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. This role focuses on delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act
- Manage resident care and direct nursing care during assigned shifts
- Make staff assignments, mentor, and educate nursing personnel
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice, in good standing
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting is preferred
