About the role

Crystal Pines Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN to join their team. The role involves delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care
• Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act
• Responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift
• Includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals

Requirements

• Dedicated and compassionate personality
• Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
