About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
- Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
- Provide resident care and direct nursing care during assigned shift.
- Make staff assignments, mentor and educate nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
Qualifications
- Active, in‑good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior LPN experience in a long‑term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting (preferred).
- Fire and passion for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Professional image in appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
