About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing high-quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being, adhering to all legal and organizational standards.
- Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions to ensure timely interventions.
- Assign, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to maintain care quality.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program and active licensure/registration in the relevant state.
- Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification required and must be maintained current.
- Ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent care, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

- Maintain an active license in good standing and demonstrate knowledge of quality nursing practices while fostering a compassionate environment.
