About the role

The Nursing Department at our Manhattan campus is seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Work Location: 120 West 106th Street, New York, NY 10025.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality LPN nursing care to ensure resident and patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
• Perform standard LPN functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Assume charge nurse duties as assigned.
• Report directly to the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Clinical Care Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Previous experience working with the geriatric population.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current BCLS certification and IV certification required.
• Ability to commit to an every‑other‑weekend schedule.

Benefits

• $4,000 hiring bonus for full‑time hires (prorated for part‑time positions).

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
