We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Sign on Bonus - $3,000 - Paid out over 2 years. (Benefit) - Wage Range- $20.86-$28.16/Hour, more based on education and experience. (Pay) - Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work – 40 hours per week, varied and flexible to the needs of the program; which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. (Schedule) - Qualifications - Must be licensed and currently registered with the New York State Department of Education as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Will accept GPN (Graduated Practical Nurse) with the expectation that the NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License is obtained in 90 days. Experience working with developmentally disabled preferred. Valid New York State Driver’s License. Work Authorization/Security Clearance – Authorized to work in the United States. - Summary/Objective - To provide health care services to persons residing in the day and residential programs, in accordance with Regulations. To act under the auspices of a Registered Nurse employed by the Agency. To provide for the continuity of health care through the team approach. - Essential Functions – (list of duties) - Competencies – Strong Communication. Change Management. Teamwork and Collaboration. Thorough Documentation Skills - Supervisory Responsibility – There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position. - Travel - Travel between all assigned sites is expected. Travel to conferences or trainings as assigned. - Work Environment - This job operates in the residential environment of the people we support. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. - Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; lift; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Work may require lifting, pushing, or pulling in excess of 30 pounds. - Other Duties – This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. - I have read and received a copy of the above job description and understand the responsibilities fully. I understand that the preceding job description will be reviewed/updated at least annually; more frequent updates will depend on contract needs. - AAP/EEO Statement – remove. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe summary/objective), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe same as requirements?), Skills (competencies), Benefits (sign on bonus), Pay (wage range), Schedule (hours). Also maybe Travel, Work Environment, Physical Demands could be part of Responsibilities or separate? But we only have allowed headings list; we should not create other headings. So we need to fit content into those headings. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those headings. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to map content. - About the role: could be Summary/Objective. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: maybe Work Authorization, Driver's License? But Qualifications also covers license etc. The distinction between Requirements and Qualifications is fuzzy. We could put license, education, experience under Qualifications. Requirements could be things like Work Authorization, Driver's License, etc. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: Qualifications: Must be licensed and currently registered with NYS Dept of Education as LPN. Will accept GPN with expectation to obtain license in 90 days. Experience working with developmentally disabled preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License. Work Authorization – Authorized to work in US. Requirements: maybe none else? Could include "Must be able to lift >30 lbs" but that's Physical Demands. Could include "Travel between sites expected". But we have no heading for Travel. Could include under Responsibilities? Might be okay. Skills: Competencies – Strong Communication, Change Management, Teamwork and Collaboration, Thorough Documentation Skills. Benefits: Sign on Bonus - $3,000 paid out over 2 years. Pay: Wage Range- $20.86-$28.16/Hour, more based on education and experience. Schedule: Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work – 40 hours per week, varied and flexible to the needs of the program; which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. We also have other info like Work Environment, Physical Demands, Other Duties, Supervisory Responsibility, Travel. Could we incorporate them into Responsibilities or About the role? Probably we can add a brief paragraph under Responsibilities covering those. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop details. So we need to include those details somewhere. If we don't have a heading for them, we can embed them in existing sections as prose or list items. For example, under Responsibilities we can include bullet points for essential functions, and also include additional bullet points for travel, work environment, physical demands, supervisory responsibility, other duties. That would preserve all info. We must not create new headings beyond allowed list. So we can add those details under Responsibilities as
  • items. We also have "I have read and received a copy..." which is employee acknowledgment; likely boilerplate; can be removed as it's not substantive job description? It's more of an acknowledgment statement; could be considered boilerplate. Probably remove. Also "Other Duties – This job description is not designed to cover..." is generic; could be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about duties may change. Might keep as a note under Responsibilities. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove AAP/EEO Statement. Now produce HTML fragment:

We have Requirements only containing work authorization; maybe also include "Must be able to lift >30 lbs"? But that's physical demands already covered. Could add but it's okay.
