Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

We're seeking a compassionate Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our Assisted Living residents. Previous Assisted Living experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all nursing regulations.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting each resident's dignity and independence.
• Support a safe, calm, and caring overnight environment.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• A passion for serving older adults with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a licensed practical nurse program.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN exam.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and standards.

$27.00–$29.00 per Hour
