About the role

Provide care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Perform basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with patient transfers.

Responsibilities

  • Take patient histories and vital signs
  • Administer medications as prescribed
  • Assist with patient transfers and ambulation
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
  • Perform basic hygiene and grooming tasks

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of [State]. CPR certification required.

Qualifications

Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
