Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our outstanding healthcare team!

Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
• Deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, including admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status.
• Administer medications.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Must have LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Nice to have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Pay

Salary Range: $33-$34 per hour
