How You Will Make a Difference
- Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassion.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure compliance with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
What You Need to Make a Difference
- Possess an Active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR Certification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
