Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hampton Roads, VA, offering per diem shifts with competitive pay of $37-$39/hour. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect, document, and monitor patient information, report changes in patient condition.Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license and minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification and recent PPD test.Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
