Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate with healthcare team, and fulfill additional duties as needed by the facility. Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, PPD within the last year, and ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
