About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide quality patient care. In this role, you will monitor patient conditions, report changes, and deliver care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will also assign duties, instruct, and supervise CNAs on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active licensure in the applicable state
- CPR certification
Preferred qualifications
- At least one year of experience in skilled nursing
