Responsibilities
The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the emergency care setting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
- IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Work experience in health care preferred.
Pay
Sign-on bonus: $7,500 for qualified candidates (eligibility and payout terms apply; details discussed during interview). Estimated compensation range: $31 to $40 per hour (includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation). Exact starting compensation determined at time of hire based on skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
