Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Join a patient-focused healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Responsibilities include providing compassionate, reliable care across various acuity levels, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent support, in home settings. Key Duties Delivering personalized nursing care during overnight shifts from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patients' homes.Collaborating with a team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license.Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).TB skin test within the past 12 months.Reliable transportation.Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
