Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Role Overview

Provides high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current or pending state licensure as an LPN.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required.
