The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident’s needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident’s needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer and evaluate nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
- Ensure supervision complies with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies
- Maintain established standards of practice per administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software

Pay
Wage: $29.00–$37.00 per hour
Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Shifts needed: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. (12-hour shifts)
