Driving Requirement

You must have a valid drivers license & be willing to drive company vehicles to be eligible for this position

Pay

$28-$31 per hour based on experience

Location & Schedule

Note: You must be willing to travel to all CILA homes based on individual/agency needs
Locations: Evanston, Lake Zurich, Maywood, Highland Park, Niles, Morton Grove, Des Plaines & Mt. Prospect
HOURS: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday

Qualifications

  • Pass:
  • - A fingerprint criminal background check
  • - A child abuse and neglect check
  • - A drug screen.
  • Provide:
  • - An original educational document (no photocopies) showing you have obtained your LPN license and it is in good standing in the state of Illinois.
  • - Residency for the past 2 years
  • - Current & original documents that verify your identity & ability to legally work in the United States
  • - Two verifiable employment references within the last 3 years
  • - Proof of valid drivers license at the time of interview

Skills

The LPN is accountable for maintaining individual certifications (CPR/First aid and LPN) and ensure all necessary course re-trainings are up to date to remain an active employee in accordance with Rimland’s policies and procedures.
