Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents
- Ensure compliance with state & federal regulations
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
- Support discharge planning with patients and families
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in state of Missouri
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Reliable transportation
