Pay
Salary: $30.40 – $32.90 per hour.

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

Responsibilities
- Supervise CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care.
- Plan, assign, and direct work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities.
- Prepare work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.
- Receive staffing‑related calls and arrange replacements as needed.
- Transfer employees among units per staffing demands.
- Complete performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
- Adjust break schedules and resolve staff concerns.
- Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in long‑term or sub‑acute care (preferred).
- Current state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
