As an LPN with RegalCare at Greenfield, you will be responsible for: Providing high-quality patient care and services to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient informationCollaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plansMaintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and servicesParticipating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate
- Document patient information, including medical history, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care
