Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report patient condition changes
- Assign duties to CNAs
- Ensure patients attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards
- Make independent clinical decisions when necessary
- Deliver competent, high-quality nursing care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN license in the state
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
Qualifications
Preferred minimum of one year skilled nursing experience.
