About the role
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide in-home healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Create your own flexible schedule
- Build one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes
- Enhance clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certification and TB test
Qualifications
- Experience in nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers
- Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures
