Role Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides exceptional nursing care to senior residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the care team to deliver personalized treatments
- Administering medications and treatments
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Offering outstanding customer service to residents and families
Qualifications & Skills
- Holds a valid, unencumbered LPN license
- At least one year of experience, preferably in assisted living or memory care
- Collaborative spirit, strong character, and dedication to doing what's right
- Experience in assisted living is a bonus but not mandatory, as training is available for those new to the field
