About the role
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to patients
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Assign duties
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs
- Aim to help patients attain or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws and standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Current active LPN license in the applicable state
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current)
- Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience

- Maintain licensure in good standing and comply with all relevant regulations and standards
