About the role
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team in a skilled nursing environment. As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN provides high-quality nursing care to patients, aiming to promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Assign duties to and supervise CNAs
- Ensure care complies with all laws and standards
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active licensure in the applicable state
- CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified)
Preferred experience
- At least one year in skilled nursing
