About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. As an LPN at Pine Grove Manor, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Accurately document care and communicate effectively with team members
- Supervise nursing staff during shift and ensure quality standards are met
- Promote a safe and positive environment for residents and staff
- Participate in team meetings and support ongoing staff development
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the State of Missouri
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
