About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Assign duties
- Offer clinical supervision to CNAs, ensuring care aligns with legal standards and facility policies
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program and holds a current, active license in the applicable state.
- Preferably has at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
