About the role
A licensed practical nurse (LPN) responsible for providing quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Gathering admission information and recording residents' health details, including vital signs.
- Administering medications and injections as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required.
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and monitoring food and liquid intake/output.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid State LPN license in good standing.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
