Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides comprehensive primary care support in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals and building long-term patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care across all ages, including assessments, education reinforcement, and administering medications or treatments such as immunizations, injections, wound care, and catheter care.Support preventive care, chronic disease management, and quality improvement initiatives.Assist with in-clinic procedures and independently manage clinic workflows to ensure timely, coordinated care.Demonstrate strong communication skills, mentor team members, and participate in quality improvement projects and committees. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or passing the LPN Boards after relevant nursing education.One year of recent LPN experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with electronic medical records and adaptability to unpredictable situations.Current LPN license and BLS certification (specific to state requirements); additional certifications as needed.
