The LPN directs resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders
• Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
• Focusing on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
• Experience: 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred

Pay & Schedule

• Starting from $28.00 (increases with experience) and $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, $2.00 shift differential for 3rd shift
• Shift: Full-Time 6p-6a, and Part-Time 6a-6p and 6p-10p and PRN
