About the role

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support resident outcomes
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing
• Encourage restorative care and resident independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided
• Support and mentor nursing staff in a positive, team-oriented environment
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being while following facility standards
• Contribute to a workplace focused on mentorship, growth, and professional development

Requirements

• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Passionate about providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care
